Dairy Queen

I ordered a Cheesecake blizzard with EXTRA cheesecake and received it with one singular chunk of cheesecake in it. This has happened twice now, and I’m not very happy about my very overpriced cup of vanilla ice cream when I paid for extra cheesecake. Will not getting ice cream here anymore.

Always a treat to get your eats here. ;) Sorry... couldn't resist. Sure, DQ is a chain, and, like all chains, it depends upon the restaurant as to how good it is. This one is really good. The crew that works at this location always seems to be smiling and enjoying themselves and that goes a long way with me. The food is, of course, fresh since they make it when you order it. The place is always clean and tidy. Simply put - it's an enjoyable visit every time.

This was the second visit in 2 weeks, I hoped the staff would have gotten better at their job, but I was let down once again. Last week the girl delivering my food to my car stated " we gave your food to someone else, sorry". Hoping to not wait for 20 minutes while they remade my meal, like the last time, I proceed to try them again. And was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. They messed up yesterday again with not having the correct amount of items I requested and paid for. I will not be ordering again.

I came into the store to get a cherry Sprite for myself, and my wife and son wanted a Blizzard. Victor was more than happy to help us with his friendly personality and helpful insight on the Blizzard of the Month. My son ended up getting the Dirt Pie Blizzard, and Victor gave my son a coloring page and crayons. He was very kind and professional. He's young, and I would love to see him grow with your company. I hope you all treasure him; he's an asset, a jewel amongst gems.

We stopped at this dairy queen few months back while traveling. We have now stopped twice since then, we make this our mid point stop if we are wanting ice cream and food. The service is great and food is always made fresh. The team is very great and are all very nice. As always, a good time at this DQ in Jarrell.
