We decided to try the dq in ironton tonight . Big mistake! We walked in and stood at least 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. And while we were waiting we over heard several customers complaining about how long it was taking on food and ice-cream. 1 guy waited over 30 mins on a burger . And another waited 25 on a single blizzard .our ice-cream order took about 25 minutes also. Do better dq.
This DQ is terrible. They delete bad reviews, they deleted mine. It's not worth wasting your time at this location. You will stand in line while they focus on the drive thru. 30 minute wait time are common. Spend your money somewhere else.
The food tasted great the fries was hot and fresh tasting the restaurant was really clean I had a great experience no problems whatsoever.
I just left there and went back twice they gave me the wrong blizzard plus the wrong size twice I got a medium and they gave me a small horrible service and terrible lines and shouldn’t just have one person working considering they just opened.
Very nice and welcoming environment. 100/10 recommend
