Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

They have to be the slowest people in the world. First you have to make noise just so someone notices you're at the counter. Second they take forever to make anything. I could take a nap and still have to wait. Feels like we'd get GTA 6 before any order from this DQ. Please teach your staff how to be quicker. People are waiting and time is money

The food tastes great, and the employees seem friendly. But when I walked in, no one greeted me even though they weren't busy taking an order. There wasn't anyone else in the lobby area waiting to order. It didn't look like they were busy, but if they were it would've been great for someone to at least say they'd be with me in a little bit. I waited for what felt like 5 minutes before letting someone know I needed to order. Once I ordered, the service was quick. So that was nice. A customer service tip- if you let someone know you'll be with them as soon as possible, or simply that you're busy, that customer will be much more inclined to wait patiently than if it seems they're just being ignored.

They take so long to give you your food. I ordered a simple meal, they gave me my ice cream first then told me to pull up and I sat there for 15-20 minutes until they finally brought my simple meal out. I wasn’t even ordering for others, just myself and it took forever. The service is terrible, they sound irritated while taking my order and it’s very unprofessional. This is a FAST food restaurant not a sit and wait for 20 minutes for a simple meal.

Worst dairy Queen here, this is my second time here and management said they would help a wonderful visit next time and this is the last time I will ever come back here. Fries were cold Burger was cold just like my blizzard it was the only thing that tasted good plus she spilled some of the blizzard on the table when she flipped it upside down.

Had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our oder. Food was cold. We arrived at 10 am on our way up to Seattle. Delay in receiving our food was explained as the hamburger grill had to get to a hot temp to cook. Still should not take 45 minutes. We were offered a box of dilly bars to take with us but I would not entertain eating even one in our rental car driving up. We should not have been charged for this meal
