Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was the worst experience i have ever had!! The girl at the counter was not only rude and disrespectful but she even argued with me as too whether or not I said a value meal!! Even after I offered to pay for the fries and drink she said nasty things. Then the fries I ordered last came out before the rest of the meal. Do NOT go here!!!

Rebecca met me at the front counter and was trying to rush me into ordering. While ordering she was short with her responses and made me feel like she was trying to push me through the process and deciding. While ordering she neglected to note that I asked for a large meal, rather than a medium. While sitting in the lobby she was observed playing games on her phone at the front counter the entire time. At times she would go from her phone to handling food for customers.

Food was not made with intention to satisfy customer, service was very bad with workers being heard through the drive thru cussing and swearing that they were frustrated about having to cook and make orders over 30 minutes before close. I work in food service and never do I get to the point where even order taking I am showing annoyance or displeasure. The service was honestly the worst I’ve experienced and I highly recommend this establishment either get new management and clean house or shut down this location.

Tables were sticky, the food was cold, the staff were snarky and were not welcoming. almost everything thy were out of, even tho it was an hour before closing this shouldn’t be an issue.

The order was correct and tasted great. The line at the drive through did take a while though. Brought my meal back home (roughly 10 minute drive) and was still hot!
