The last two nights I’ve been there. I understand that they are short staffed but they are not doing anything. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, a kids crunch cone and a mini snickers blizzard. The cone was barley filled and I didn’t get hot fudge I got cold fudge. And got a small instead of a mini and didn’t get a receipt.when I went to ask about it the first girl just closed the window and carried on. When I confronted the other employee she said our “ our machine just does that” and was very rude. The next one I got was a little warm.

Food Code Safety states when an employee is having symptoms of gastrointestinal illness, one should not work with food! When my daughter became sick at work with GI symptoms she was told she had to stay. So if you got sick this weekend let it be known that DQ broke the law and told a 16yr old that she had to stay and work while sick after having vomited, or find her own replacement. In a today's society where illnesses create fear and unrest, I would think a franchised establishment such as Dairy Queen would understand that it is highly inappropriate to have an employee work with food while ill. I am rather sure that the corporate owners of the name Dairy Queen wouldn't want to be associated with a foodborne illness outbreak.

Lukas K. , I believe his name is, is the kindest employee there. Friendly all the time and swift in service. Easily the best one. As for the rest of the business, sadly the wait time is 10-30 minutes or more. Even for a cone. This isn’t just one experience, it is multiple experiences. This happens often. The food orders do get messed up and the employees, specifically one girl, will get upset if you say its wrong. DoorDash is great, the orders I’ve made NEVER get messed up and the food is SO SO GOOD. It’s always good. The food is great there but the service and treatment of customers is horrible. The worst part is getting an order wrong, because you feel bad enough correcting them but then they freak out at you. Dairy Queen isn’t doing to hot but at least they always make the food good. Oh

Polite and friendly service, ordered hot and fresh Triple Cheeseburger Deluxe, the way I liked it and didn’t wait very long for my food. It was delicious! Great job DQ crew!

It's NOT fast food. Poor customer service. Very slow taking & filling orders. Burger was warm but the fries were cold. The atmosphere is only a two because there were so many disgruntled customers in the building.
