Customer Reviews
This DQ is in a perfect location and service is great. Wether ice cream desserts or American hamburger and fries they are always fresh and delicious 😋 after a day at the beach.
2 cars in drive thru. Dining area empty. Was told they were too busy to make us a blizzard. Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for them to tell us they couldn’t help us it was 7:50 on a Friday night they don’t close until 10. I know why the dining room was empty.
A bit slow getting through the drive through considering we were the only ones in line. Chicken strips were WAY smaller than usual. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Once we ordered we did get our food relatively quickly.
Disappointed!! Used to come all the time and get the crispy chicken sandwich. Ot was a big pattie, thick chicken meat, I could normally only eat half of it, it was so big. Hadn't been here in a couple years, we moved out if town, came back. Was so excited and happy to get chicken sandwich, they no longer had on menu, so I ordered the chicken ateios sandwich. Literally had 4 bites with meat, the rest was hard crunchy batter, some of which hurt my teeth to bite, half the sandwich was bread, asked for extra mayonnaise and tomato, charged 39 cents each, the Lettuce was a big chunk of the end....Will not be back. You've lost my $100 or more I used to spend there a month!
I'm a local of Toledo and this Dairy Queen has always gone above and beyond any expectations, the food is always delicious, and the experience is always great. AND it has some of the most down to Earth, kind employees that I have ever met. My car broke down not far from this Dairy Queen once and when I walked over to see if I could use a phone, all of the employees were extremely supportive and helpful, one of the employees let me use his phone to call for assistance while another just kept conversation with me and was cracking jokes and it really helped me feel relaxed and calmer about the situation. Thank you Dairy Queen for always being a real one!
