Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Literally the slowest fast food drive thru I’ve ever seen. Been this way for years but you guys really need to figure out how to speed it up. 20 minutes total in the drive thru since my order was placed to actually getting my food.

I have been to this Dairy Queen two times in the last couple months and both times I have had a horrible experience. I had two different employees both times and both were equally as rude and disrespectful. I sat in the drive through much longer than I should’ve been both times. When I got to the window, the worker was acting like customers were a bother and simple questions were too much. I overheard her talking to other customers behind me and she was being extremely rude. The worker I had today hardly said a word to me. Extremely disappointed in this service. I expect better from employees. I will not be visiting this location again.

Can't follow simple instructions. Sat 3 deep in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get a medium mint ore blizzard with extra oreo & 2 pumps of chocolate sauce. Had to repeat the order twice because asking for chocolate sauce confused them. Finally after 20 minutes I pay & get my blizzard that doesn't hardly taste minty & had no chocolate sauce. Sure doesn't feel like I got extra oreo's either. So frustrating going through dive thru & getting the shaft. I could've parked & went in but I was very frustrated & wanted to get back on the road. Got to the bottom & only the top 2/3 had oreos. Bottom was just vanilla ice cream.

Employees were great and so was the food. The drive thru speaker is real bad but i wont hold a temporary problem against them

The cashier was very friendly and efficient. The food was served hot and quick. Also apparently you can ride your horse through the drive though. ☺️
