Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ran a DQ for 26 years. I haven't had it much since I left four years ago. I picked up some this afternoon for my son and I. The ice cream was fantastic and the food was perfect. I know how hard it is to have and keep good help. Every time I stop by this location they do great. Keep up the good work South Bloomfield staff 😊

Convenient location. Very slow service. Need more employees at peak times. Hard for small kids to wait. Also DoorDashers wait forever and typically add 10-15 minutes to delivery time. Staff lack training and resources to get the job done quickly.

To preface, I did not receive a receipt so I can't go take this feedback to DQ directly so this is the avenue I have to take: Ordered a Brownie & Oreo cupfection, literally all the white in there is marshmallow, not a single bit of ice cream. The cone, that was supposed to be a medium (I know it's missing the slightest because he took a lick before I took the photo) - I'm the first to make an excuse for bad service or a subpar menu item, but to not even try to attempt completing a menu item and under serving the other- for $9 that wild- and the drive is 15 minutes each way. We were both just so frustrated that we drove to the one on stringtown to order it again because if this is acceptable for the people there that just served this, there is no addressing it with them understanding the is

Can not go in to order,, it's only 9:00 pm,, this is 1 of the worst stores, really sick and tired of places not open as it says in the app. I will never waste my gs money to come here

I usually get hamburgers fries always been super delicious. Always seem super fresh.
