Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The Seymour Dairy Queen is very clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. We had a combo that came with an icecream Sunday for only $7. Our server, Sami, was awesome. So friendly, attentive and a joyful demeanor. Our food came quickly and everything was fresh. Sami was kind enough to make our sunday after our meal so that it would not be melted. A big shout out to all the staff for the cleanliness, fresh and tasty food and for making our dining experience so enjoyable! Not all restaurants are this nice and clean. So please reward your employees, they deserve it!

Samantha has a chip on her shoulder. You could see her frustration with us walking in. My 16 yr old even pointed out " she is rude". Idc how many jobs you work. Having an attitude when anyone asks you a question is crazy. If you hate the job and hate interacting with people then maybe you should try IT work. Questions: how to redeem rewards, Clarifying what she said regarding redeeming rewards. Is the snowdrift any good. Should I get the snow drift and try it. When you ask her about this make she doesn't forget her responding with eye rolls, plenty of sass and displeasing tone I wanted to order food but how she responded to every question made me not want anything. My family still ordered but I backed out. We wont be coming back here for a while. Ps. Food was pretty good. Nice job B

Hadn’t eat at Dairy Queen in years and glad I decided to . This location is very clean and the staff were very nice and even helped me set up their app to earn points. The food was great.! My burger was delicious and they served me some of the best onion rings I’ve had in a long time! This location will definitely be my go to in Seymour. A+++++

The service we just received. You guys literally had No customers my brother in law and I came in and order , and he didn’t realize you sold cheese curds. So he placed another order that cashier was sweet . The one that originally took our nasty attitude. Her comment NO WHAT !! Rolling her eyes . You just lost my business.

Literally the worst service. They're like robots in here. Over worked and under staffed. Zero people work in the lobby only drive thru. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Decided to try the drive thru and took almost 30 minutes just get through that. First time I've gone to a dairy queens in 2 years and wanted a treat. Whoever does the hiring needs to hire staff immediately before the staff you have start quiting. Great place and food but need more staff.
