A Pattern of Disappointment at Dairy Queen Scappoose As someone who believes even fast food deserves consistency and care, I’ve made several visits to the Dairy Queen in Scappoose in hopes of a simple, satisfying experience. Unfortunately, this location continues to fall short. On my most recent visit, I placed a very straightforward order: a large serving of onion rings and cheese curds. While the cheese curds were delivered as expected, the onion rings were inexplicably substituted with a portion of cold fries—neither requested nor appreciated. Mistakes happen, but what concerns me here is the pattern. This is not an isolated incident; nearly every visit has been marked by some form of error. This place will never change. Curbside said ready at 17 after. 40 mins after the food came out. Well not the food, the frozen treats. Another 20 mins and the food finally came. Asked the runner if the blizzards could be remade as they are now melted, he says "i don't know, I'll check" nevermind. I have angry kids. Thennnn we get home and THIS is the banana in the kids meal. A whole new level of upset. Do better Dairy Queen

***Your link is a dead end 404...on purpose? If you have not yet fixed the issue with all the one-star reviews, you have no intention of doing so. Sending dead-end links does not fix the issues. Worst service AGAIN. Last time I was here three months ago it took 5 times to get my order right. Today, they brought me the wrong meal twice, to vehicles who were behind me. By the time I got my order, the Ice cream they gave me 10 minutes earlier was melted. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

Of all "fast food" options. This place is the only one I'll eat at. The burgers are always perfect! The fries are amazing. And... An item they no longer sell via the menu. They have no problem special making for me when I ask. I love that about them!. When I go in. It's always spotless and clean. The employees always seem happy and so helpful. This place is what ALL fast food places should model themselves after.. Fresh. Tastes amazing, not messy, clean interior. and just all around super nice people... Be like this DQ!

A very clean, friendly restaurant nice menu options and the owners make sure to give the highschoolers jobs which is really nice. They look out for each other.
