Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Terrible. Food is always cold; I can’t even get a burger with previously melted cheese, let alone a hot burger. Also I’ve been ordering from this location for years and the blizzards have not once been solid! They come out as soup always. I have to put them in the freezer for 2+ hours to achieve a decent texture. It’s a disgrace. They promise free blizzard if it can’t be served “upside down” and if that’s the case, this location owes me about 100 blizzards for free.

Disappointed. Ordered a chicken sandwich - had two small chicken tenders in it that filled the bun by half instead of a patty. Husband ordered 6 chicken tenders - each piece was like a mini vs typical size. Onions rings were good - only reason I gave 3 vs 2 overall stars. Thumbs down tonight Sarver DQ.

This Dairy Queen takes money for orders and lies order was never received. They are not to be trusted. Poor customer service as well as cheap. They don’t care what they do. Even you tell them you are reporting them. Their response is to laugh at you.

This small DQ location has a drive thru and limited seating. Ice Cream and service has always been good on my visits.

Very disappointing- ordered a mixing bowl blizzard for myself and 4 other treats for my family. Mixing bowl blizzard had zero chunks of anything. When I asked and showed the picture on the app,I was told, "Oh, well, I guess the cookie dough was soft and got mixed with the ice cream. I said I was disappointed and got no response. Went back to my seat, decided that wasn't good enough, told another girl of my disappointment, and asked her to throw a couple chunks on top. Her answer was, "We don't normally put them on top." I replied that it was only so that it was more like what I ordered. She played with it for a bit, then made a whole new one. It was right, but by the time I got it, everyone else was already finished! I will stick with my Leechburg DQ - they make my blizzard right every tim
