Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a great burger and fries that were absolutely amazing way to go for all staff involved! Then to top it off the younger guy with glasses made the best dipped cone it was picture perfect! I don't think I've ever had one that good all the way around great experience!

Has no problem taking money but cant make an order to save there life. Won't answer there phones for over and hour and when do they just hang up on you. Terrible customer service and won't refund when they are in the wrong but wait 25 mins for food and not get right. The worst of the worst im not sure how they own a business.

Got 2 chicken tender basket. Its supposed to come with Texas toast . they gave both of Us a piece of white bread cut in half. Not even Toasted . not texas toast. . That's the best part of the meal. I cant believe they didn't even toast it or put butter on it or anything. Then we go to call them and the number on the receipt is just a fax number . imagine that. Needless to say we weren't very happy about that at all.

Food was ok at best. My Coke tasted incredibly odd. Extremely noisy. Staff would let the buzzers for food go off for way to long especially for how many workers there were. Cashier struggled hard understanding that I wanted a burger and a coke. I won't be back. The only plus is that the ladies that worked there were very pretty, but I still won't go back.

we rarely ever go to this Dairy Queen because the attitude of the employees is crazy. They got my order wrong twice and I just took it the second time, even though I watched her make it wrong just because I didn’t want them to be rude to me. hundred percent take the extra hike to Ravenna.
