Came in for lunch with grandkids...my chicken tenders, French fries and cotton candy blizzard was awesome.. chix was some of the best I've eaten.. the hotdog with chili was tasty..the kids loved there kids meals.. Heath bar and Oreo blizzard delicious.. the server was new but took care of us fast , friendly and efficiently.. comfortable dining inside.. paid close to $50 for everything and tip.. highly recommend checking them out

I just wanted to let the owner and manger know that the lady who was working when I came in to get food last weekend her name is Julie C she always has a smile on her face. She is very professional and kind. She is one of the best workers in the store. I come in all the time with my family. She has amazing customer service. I don’t know if this will help or not but she definitely should be the main manager. If I could I would hire her for my business. If anyone’s wants to know how to properly lead a shift I would have them look at her and learn from her.

Saturday 6pm 1 other customer ,, they had there order .. i walked id bells jingling on the door ,, i stood their ,, shouting hello,,, over and over .... i could hear girls in the back talking ... after Quite a long time ,, 5 minuets a young man came out ask if i had been helped ,,, no so he went in the back and told the girls their was a customer ,,, not overly helpful ... i don't know what they were doing but people in the door = sales

High prices for no more than you get for icecream. The owners make the workers give smaller portions on icecream and topping. You have to ask for extra topping and pay more just to get any kind of topping. The tables are always dirty, trash is almost always full. The bathrooms are always dirty and smells like sewer.

Staff rude no control over them son of lead told others to call police and should not have been involved at all.
