Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

They could benefit from an adult being present to run things at this location. They gave us some sat-on cold fries instead of onion rings that we ordered. You can’t go into the dining room to get your order corrected, you have to walk up to the drive thru window like a weirdo. Then these children didn’t want to fork over the ranch cup. Barely any Snickers mix in my Blizzard. A regular onion rings is seven dollars. You tell me if this portion seems appropriate for the price.

It was busy on a Sunday evening. Only had chocolate Dilly Bars. Doh! Shrimp & fries were okay, frozen treats were yummy DQ-ness.

Very slow, left without service. Walked in, used the restroom, came out as a regular patron was standing waiting for service. When the cashier came up they new each other and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation about several topics as the regular ordered while I waited. No acknowledgement of my presence. When the regular finished, cashier walked away and took a drive through order. I waited about 5 more minutes (10+ minutes total) and the cashier was not where to be seen. I left without being served or acknowledged, even a 'ill be with you shortly'. The regular and I were the only ones inside. No line in the drive through. Just bad service.

We were heading back from a camping trip. Long 3 hour drive back to Salem. We stopped here for dinner and we're pleasantly surprised with our order. I wish I would have taken a picture! My burger looked better than the menu picture and my son's chicken step basket had chicken strips bigger than our local dq. All ingredients tasted fresh and servers were friendly. We will be stopping here every year after our annual camping trip. Thank you!

Is there a reason the dining room has been closed the past 5 (at least )times I have stoped here? This has been an issue since covid. With it being the first ice cream place coming down from the mountain you'd expect them to want the business from everyone -including those of us hauling trailers and boats. I know we aren't the only ones unable to give them our business. Do you want us to try the drive thru with the overhang?
