Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I usually stop and grab lunch here when I'm running errands because it was one of the last fast food places you can get a quality meal at. Sadly, that's no longer the case. I pay extra for a burger with bacon on it and most of the time the bacon is absent. If they do remember to put bacon on it, it's just a little piece. Today's burger was missing the bacon and all of the ketchup had been squirted kind of off the side of the burger instead of on it. A few visits ago, I got a burger completely different than the one I ordered. It was a barbecue ranch instead of a bacon cheese. Sometimes the staff is very friendly and sometimes I just feel like I'm a burden for being there. The food is still pretty decent but I wish it had a little more care and accuracy. I'm just tired of being charged more

I think they would get a door bell because a lot of time you have to wait on the employee at the counter. I think it's because they get busy and don't hear the customer come in. I like the selection of premade cakes and desserts. I enjoy taking my kids to get an ice cream. Customer service is good. Restrooms and store is clean. I like the new updates.

How simple would it have been to get an order correct that consists of a PLAIN burger with mustard packets on the side with onion rings? What did I get??? A burger with mustard, ketchup and pickles and fries! Never again!!

I used the drive through to get a double cheeseburger, onion rings and blizzard. The woman who took my order was very friendly and prompt. My food was cooked fresh and was hot when they gave it to me. Except for the blizzard, which was delightfully cold. It was all very good and I will return.

Well this is normally my go to spot. Tonight, food was overcooked and I sat here for 20 minutes, the only customer, while they sat in there on their phones. Both girls working the window. Phones should NOT be out during work hours. Ladies, if you're not busy, CLEAN THE STORE! and most importantly, don't leave paying customers waiting so you can check your social media...smh
