Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The wait time for a mobile app order was at least 30+ minutes. I would have left if I had not already paid. The inexperience of the staff working standing around doing nothing while the drive through was running out in the street was insane. People were from the counter clear out the door. I used to frequent this establishment but I won't ever be returning here. Fix yourself!

Stopped by around lunchtime, looking for a simple treat: three Mocha Moolates and a large order of cheese curds. I even politely confirmed through the drive-thru speaker, “Do you still have Mocha Moolates?” The answer: a confident yes. What I received: three chocolate shakes and overcooked cheese curds that tasted more like fried regret than comfort food. I went inside to address the error, and while the store appeared clean and the staff was polite, the replacement drinks were not Mocha Moolates either. They were mocha shakes, soft-serve based, missing the ice-and-coffee blend, and not even topped with the proper drizzle. Just whipped cream. A nice try, but still a swing and a miss. Almost perfect. Much better than most DQ's I have ate at. Fast and friendly servixe at noon on a tuesday. Fries and vurger were great vut they forgot to bring my ice cream so I will have to walk back up but that is a minor problem kind of like cold fries that have sat on your tray while you ate a sundae and a burger. Lol

Adam K was an above and beyond exceptional employee who made our stop at this DQ fantastic.

If you are driving by for a quick bite, don’t drive through here. Maybe try dining in. By the time I ordered to the time I got my food, I saw a family enter at the Mexican restaurant across the street, order, eat, pay, and leave. This doesn’t account for the 5-10 families I saw dine in this restaurant and eat. idk what I did to the workers here because the onion, lettuce, and pickles were off my burger and under the sandwich itself, the bun was somehow wet????? and my fries were cold. like why :'(
