I just wanted to thank the DQ group for making the perfect birthday cake. I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name right now, but she noticed on my birthday cake form that I put my 4 year old was allergic to eggs and nuts and made sure to double check everything for me. She had also noticed that I put it was a ninja turtle themed cake and went above and beyond to make this cake special. Thank you guys for caring about your customers!!

Ordered 2 medium pumpkin pie blizzards and was not happy with either one. No pie chips in either blizzard not enough pumpkin mix. Mostly vanilla ice cream. And did not flip either blizzard when served

Ordered the double ranch cheeseburger yesterday, Sunday around 4pm and it was hard and dried up. Was not going to drive 7 miles back to get it replaced but it was bad.

Food and treats are on par with what the brand hopes to serve. Service is usually quick and reasonable but can occasionally get backed up during busy evenings. The freezers were well stocked. Kids have lots of options. Cleanliness isn’t always 100% but it’s mostly clean. Even the bathrooms were well tended. Our family orders a variety of things from floats, shakes, blizzards, and cones and occasionally food.

I ordered an ice cream cake yesterday and I had them put dinosaurs on it. It was the cutest cake ever. My grandson loved it. He is 4 and can't stop talking about the volcano and dinosaurs. Thank you so much whoever took your time on our cake and made so memorable.
