Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It’s a Saturday night my wife wants ice cream we see a long line. We pull forward only to be the next car in seconds. The gentleman was very patient with us and made suggestions for our younger daughter. Seemed like within seconds we were next and was greeted at the window with a smile and greeting. Again a busy Saturday night this is most appreciated anymore. We got our ice cream and were very happy! Staff is amazing!!!

Our food is always fresh and delicious, and the sweet treats are amazing. Best Blizzard 's around. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Was here at about 3:15 in the afternoon, me and my son both ordered cheeseburger meals and they were delish. The place was super clean it was quiet and the two working were super nice!

Piping hot fries. Lots of seating. Great combo deal includes a small sundae. Very economical!

Ordered 4 blizzards on the app. Picked up via drive through. Got home 20 minutes later to 4 vanilla ice creams. Called and spoke to a young woman who essentially ignored my complaint until I asked if she was there. I was then told to bring the ice cream back to be remade and that nothing else could be done. The manager at the store explained that because I ordered on the app her hands were tied and nothing else could be done. I suggested expensing off a gift card for the dollar amount that the order was for. Allas, nothing was done other than the ice cream being made and a manager being overly stressed. Whoever the franchise owner of this location is, I suggest you get some quality help for your employees that actually care. People quit their bosses, not their jobs.
