Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went thru drive thru. Was ordering chicken strip basket w/gravy but then asked if could change it when saw the shrimp. Man at window gave me the order without even a smile. Figured I pissed someone off. Back on the road I found the shrimp was all stuck in a big ball and of course pulled apart they are only partially cooked. Then found they gave me gravy instead of shrimp sauce. Fries were good. Shrimp was disgusting. That was 9/20/2025 about 4pm. Been trying to add a photo here but isn't working.

The place is filthy. Food on the wall, ketchup splatter near dispenser, floors very sticky, afraid to sit on any bench as there was grease on each one. I got a hamburger without a bun and was not given a fork or knife, kids just standing around talking loudly to each other behind the counter, I had to raise my voice to get their attention, “Excuse me! Hello!” Just seem to be entitled teens. Large amount of fries on the floor. I’d hate to see how dirty the kitchen is! No apology from them. This place needs an evening manager.

Went through the drive through and they said they only had 1 person working, and the drive through was closed. But that I could come in to order. I went inside and there were 2 employees working

clean business, great location. recently remodel & updated. My 2nd visit in 2 weeks. 1st visit ordered Large sundae portion either shrank or new team member.visit today ordered 2 Sundae ice cream barely above top rim of sundae cup.i asked if he misunderstood & was serving me a medium. he said no it is large. I will not pay for 1/2 an order. I will pay extra & go out of town for ice cream treats in the future. at least I won't feel ripped off. highly disappointed. service & quality used to be good

Service was probably the worst I have experienced tonight. They made a burger wrong 3 times for someone with dietary restrictions, then they looked at me and said "so?" After I went up and asked if they could fix it. The floor was so disgusting. As soon as the clock hit 10 and employee begins to "shoo" us out of the restaurant. Pretty pathetic Followed up a few days later. Put away all the seating an hour early... Still mopping with grease. BK on top 💪
