Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I paid for an online order, but it didn’t go through. The girls up front were accommodating and tried to get me my food and figure out a refund, but a cook interrupted me as I was on the phone. She rudely asked me questions and said she couldn’t prepare the food. I understand there might have been system issues, but her attitude was unacceptable. I didn’t get my food or a refund.

The food is always delicious, the employees are always polite and friendly and service is fast! I eat here a couple of times a month when I’m working in the area and I’ve never had a complaint about anything. In my opinion the DQ Flamethrower burger is the best burger in the fast food game.

This place had been so important to my husband and myself during the pandemic. It was such a special treat for us to get out of the house, interact with the friendly staff and of course have delicious ice cream. The staff is truly spectacular and handle themselves so well even with a drive thru line that stretches far down the road.

I am soooooooo disappointed. When DQ made the WV Dairy Queens stop using the grilled "New England" style bun, a valiant owner decided to keep them. He owns the DQs in Lewisburg, Rainelle, and Hinton. I took a detour off I-64 to enjoy a great hotdog. Little did I realize that this DQ still sells the crappy standard bun. I was informed by the counter personnel that only the other 2 stores were doing that. I choked down 1 but it was disgusting. It was my fault because I didn't ask but I want to warn others that if you want a grilled bun hot dog, DON'T COME HERE!

Always cold. Always 😋 delicious! My favorite, and now, my man's too, the cookie dough bites. 1st timer for him. Fan favorite for me.
