Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The food has been a little bland lately (especially the burgers), when I used to really enjoy them. I'm holding off hope it's maybe my taste buds changing, but it's hard for me to hate a burger. Other than that, I've always received great service her and everyone has always been very friendly as far back as I can remember.

My wife and I were up visiting her family. D.Q. Grill & Chill was a great experience. Good food and centrally located. The dining room was clean and well kept. An associate was very busy keeping it that way.

Liked this Dairy Queen. The set ups in the stores all seem different and no two seem to be the same. Friendly staff and everything looked to be clean and neat.

Order is accuracy is on point. Times differ due to staff. Lack on management team. Don't let me stand there and look stupid for 10 min before you are ready to ask my name and grab my order that was ready when I walked in the door. Had your entire team not acknowledge my presence for an online order for 10 minutes.

Expensive for burgers & fries. A triple burger, medium fry, medium drink and a small cheeseburger, medium fry & drink with small vanilla cone and small frosty. $24.78. The burger was bland even with all the trimmings little flavor added ketchup to eat Fries needed ketchup to have flavor as well. I don't recall Dairy Queen food being bland. The sticker shock will keep me from coming back.
