Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious caramel milkshake. Service was friendly. The atmosphere is basic, but they desserts are very good.

I love the new management this Dairy Queen is under! Krystle’s doing an awesome job. The food is still fast food, so subpar, but if you want a quick meal and great customer service, definitely go through the Dairy Queen!

Anyone else like paying for 1/4 filled ranch containers? I know I sure don’t. Or asking for a new one and getting handed the same one? Lately food quality is declining customer service is nowhere to be found. Uniform?? Nope just grimy hoodies. I didn’t appreciate “crystal” being disrespectful with a bad attitude. I waited very patiently for 35 minutes in the drive through to be treated with disrespect when it was not busy.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a repeat customer at this Dairy Queen, but my most recent visit made it clear I won’t be returning during certain shifts. I was refused service because I had my service dog with me, despite the fact that he is well-behaved and has accompanied me here multiple times without issue. On past visits, the property owner had no problem with my service animal and even offered him ice cream. Under ADA guidelines, service animals are legally allowed in food establishments. No documentation is required, and refusing service based solely on a service animal is not acceptable. The interaction was uncomfortable and felt unnecessarily hostile. Clean locally owned chain. My only complaint about the Blizzard is it costs too much! $6 for small fake ice cream. Young man who helped us was friendly.
