Food was ok. Wasn't cold. Neither was it hot. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. I like my cheese on my burger to be fully melted. Fries seemed to be cooked in old oil.
They have the famous ice cream cake that you can't get anywhere else. The staff is respectful and the atmosphere is good. It's a good place to take the kids for a week end treat.
So I walk in, order my food. And they said they disrespectful words “were out”. So I jump over the counter and take a Lil look for myself. And now I have to pay a fine. COSTUMER SERVICE IS A FINE??? COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?? Because this Dairy Queen single handed TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY POCKET. chicken strips are good tho 3/5.
Update: Kirsten was very kind taking our order and service was very fast. Thank you! They are always kind and quick to get our orders out. ------ Always great service and food consistent with fast food expectations. Gravy on the chicken strips is great! Ale8 from the fountain is perfect! Music in dining room is very enjoyable. Thank you!
One of our social workers from the Kentucky Cabinet had a mistake in her order, & the staff was quick & cordial in correcting it. Dining area & restrooms were clean & well-kempt.
