Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I’ve been a patron of this Dairy Queen for quite sometime and have never been disappointed until last night 2/18/22. We decided to get some treats and when I arrived home I found my blizzard cup with hole in the side covered with a second cup. How am I to know how it happened? Did the mixing machine cause it? Maybe? Or was it something else? The blizzard wasn’t turned upside down either when they were ready at the window. Training issue? Not sure if I’ll be going back.

I got a large ice cream cone, a normal large is about the size of a dollar bill standing up with that said the one I got was only 3 inches tall. That’s not fair.

You pay $5 for large ice cream and it doesn’t even fill the cone I’ll post a pic of other Dairy Queen’s cones who can make an ice cream cone compared to this it’s crazy huge cone with no ice cream

Food is good, overpriced but it's good. However, this store in particular, I've been going to for a long time and they have a really big problem of ringing you up for a 6 piece box, and giving you a 4 piece box, this wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't every single time I come here, and the price difference is like $3 per box. They really need to get better with that. Other than them skimping on food, it's not a bad place to eat.

We don't go often because they are so expensive. So when we pay for a medium blizzard it shouldn't have less in it than the small ones we ordered. They generally are not super friendly and you often have to wait, even when the employees are packed in there like a can of sardines, because they are in there goofing off with each other. Grateful they are here when the seasonal ice cream stands are closed but definitely not our preferred place to go.
