Wish I could give zero stars! $17.00 for a meal that was undercooked and the other half raw bacon and dried out patties and throw it all away and instead of a refund can only get a replacement and coupons!!! Keep your nasty food keep your coupons why would I want to come back and try that a second time I'm not trying to get food poisoning I'll just contact the better Business bureau and try to get my money that way! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable all the way across the board!!! No wonder the place was empty and I was only customer makes sense now! Everybody else in the area already knows to stay away! I even offered to let the manager look at the food and witness it and didn't even seem to care so I'll forward it to the health department and let them see it see what they think! Th

First time ever ordering an ice cream cake from there and let me tell you I was not disappointed. This cake is legit the coolest freaking cake Ive ever seen! They followed my vision perfectly and were incredibly helpful and patient. 🤩🤩🤩

I took my wife and handicap son here for dinner. The handicap parking was not plowed and neither was the handicap ramp. I went in and asked for a shovel to clear the ramp at least but it had been so long since it had been cleared it was iced. I ended up clearing what I could to get him in the store but did damage his chair due to lack of them keeping it clear for guest. Very disappointed

The service of the workers here should be noted first, as it was exceptional. They really do a great job and are so sweet! Corporate should get a good look at how downhill this place is getting to be though. The umbrellas on the patio wouldn't open because the pin that goes in was missing from all except one. There's a good amount of water damage to the ceiling INSIDE the restaurant where people sit right below. And bar stool seats that need fixed and definitely aren't attended to. These poor workers deserve a place that is safe and put together nicely. I'm sure they have to deal with complaints consistently. C'mon, this is Granger! If I had to guess, this store will be shut down within a year for not properly maintaining the property.

Took a half hour to get to order and get my food my food was sloppy and items were missing in the baskets. They are also always out of stuff today it was three thing before I even ordered and then another was told when I tried to order it.
