Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Employees were nice and helpful. 3 of us got cheeseburgers, food tasted decent enough but the meat was greyish in color, threw us off a bit. I’d go back here but I think I’d stick with chicken tenders and ice cream next go around!

It’s a Dairy Queen so we know what we’re getting when we go there to eat as far as the quality of food goes and blizzards are delicious. My problem is with the Customer Service. I am in Goodlettsville. We don’t have a lot of evening dessert options, especially not for kids in this town and the last two times I’ve been to this particular Dairy Queen at this particular location have been awful. I stopped by at 7 o’clock at night on a day they were supposed to be open until 9 o’clock and one of the employees had the doors locked and refuse to let anybody in because she said she was the only person who could take orders and needed it to be through drive-through for the rest of the night hundred percent sure that’s against company policy. Food was packaged nice.bread was a little funky tho and tenders were a bit off.i sat in the parking lot to eat in my car then when i left goodletsville finest followed me.guess ur not allowed to eat in ur car??pulling out on to dickerson was a bit of a hassle.

I honestly have never had a bad experience here until this time. A lady in street clothes took our order and serviced us at the drive thru window. My receipt clearly said mini cookie dough blizzard and small choco brownie extreme. I got a mini heath and small cookie dough. After tasting it and realizing I let her know and she remade the exact same thing. I was pretty dumbfounded. I also ordered tenders that should have came with toast, when I let her know it was missing, she went to the back ans brought it back and handed me the toast. The receipt said Lil James, pretty unprofessional, but in saying that, it wasnt him who served us.
