Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I am only writing this review for one employee Alisha is truly a cake decorating magician! Despite my last minute calls… twice!! she was willing to take on my orders with a positive fun attitude and even accepts my theme requests. Her enthusiasm shines through every time she answers the phone, making the whole experience delightful. Beyond that, she does an absolutely fantastic job on the cakes, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuinely caring about the quality and final result. Unlike others who might just take the order, Alisha goes the extra mile to ensure perfection. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a star on their team! Huge thanks to Alisha for making every cake special!!!!

Very unprofessional and careless staff. Waited 40 minutes for my food. Had to go up to the counter and ask where my order was.. it just was sitting behind the counter. No one called my order. Hot food was cold, ice cream was melted. Owners need better management, or needs new ownership entirely. Avoid this place. I came back for another chance and was disappointed again. The sunroom where we wanted to sit was destroyed.. I let the elder lady know that was taking orders and she just says "oh..". Someone could slip and fall!! Let alone it makes your restaurant look horrible! Looks like it has been there for a few hours as it is partially dry.

I love DQ. I love their food. Their ice cream is always good. Whoever owns this DQ needs to hire more workers. They are always short staffed, long lines in both drive through and in store. The poor staff seem overworked and stressed. I live nearby so I frequent this DQ often and it’s the same each time. I ordered in the app 30 minutes ahead and the food is still never ready. Please hire more people and idk maybe pay your current crew more.

Okay, so this place for whatever reason continuously forgets my items and never makes it right. The black dude behind the counter really doesn't care. Very unimpressed. Same night I told him about how they forgot our gravy's. They forgot the $2 chicken strip that I ordered extra. And my six piece, so I should have gotten seven pieces. I did not. This sucks. It's like they just don't double check anything. I could understand if this happened every once in a while, but consistently I've given away about $10 worth of extra food I've ordered and not received from them, so I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. (( yes, those gravies were almost a dollar a piece after tax. So they add up quick.))

Usually go to here after work, managers and employees need to be trained how to use common sense? I am tired of getting a drink handed to me with pop on the side of the cup and overflowing on the top. What customer wants sticky pop spilling all over their hands and car? Even the person who hands customer pop spilling all over the place? Doesn’t want to be handed a drink like this. Use common sense.
