Got a chicken basket and the gravy that I ordered was missing, very few fries and was given a cold slice of bread instead of toast. Ice creams were good but food has been terrible the last few times we’ve been.
Typically I love the Elkview Dairy Queen. However yesterday I got a chicken strip basket for dinner and it was disgusting. The gravy smelled and tasted bad, the grease clearly needed changed and the toast was way too oily - buttery and it also tasted terrible
We ordered Blizzards. Both were delicious. The girl that took our order was very sweet and polite.
My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. Then she handed our order out the window with a smile. I'm very pleased with the service that we received, only wish we lived closer to visit more often. Thanks again Elkview DQ, you rock.
