Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Normally I dont leave bad reviews, however- we waited 20 minutes in line with one car in front of us, just to get up to the window and be told they turned their grill off 45 minutes before closing. This dairy queen flips between having some of the best fast food in town to being borderline gross depending on who is working and its frustrating trying to memorize the staff so you dont spend 30$ just to send your food back- only for it to come out- in similar- if not worse preparation than the first time around. I just wanted some cheese curds. :(

6/12/25 @ 915pm, ordered in the drive thru. The girl in the window was great but it looked like a bunch of kids working, no adult in sight, and kinda like everyone was running around. We didn't get the right burgers, the bacon wasn't even placed on the sandwich. It looked as though they forgot so they unwrapped the burger while already placed in the bag and stuffed the bacon in and tried to rewrap it. The large fries were halfway full. If we dumped one in the other it looked like we got one large fry. I hate that you can't get good food anywhere in town anymore. $30+ for the wrong burgers & ONE large fry? Ridiculous. Don't waste your time, maybe just get ice cream only.

Friday nite at 9:30 ordered two medium hot fudge sundays. They put about 1 tbs of hot fudge on each. We asked for more and were told he would have to heat up more in the microwave. He wasn't interested in doing that. We went there for ice cream once before and they got our order wrong and charged us too much. We will go to Sonic next time.

Got a Strawberry Sundae and a Chocolate Dipped Cone at the drive thru. Ice cream was very good. Large servings at a good price.

The employees always got our food wrong or our desserts. Employees try but they are either in a hurry and or just dont care. Some Kids dont understand these days what hard work is.
