Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Extremely fast and good food. But there were some problems. I saw several tables not clean ,having food around it , the kids were handling the food without proper equipment. I saw them inspecting a hamburger with their bare hands,taking it apart and inspecting it. I believe that is a health code violation. The fries were slightly cold but my tenders were good.

Very good, food was cooked to order and brought out to our table promptly, place was clean and orderly with nice large parking lot.

I ordered via the drive thru on a Wednesday afternoon in July. I was taking a break from the drive between Springfield and Chicago. I ordered a large chocolate shake with whipped cream. The staff was friendly. The shake tasted great. The portion was a bit smaller than expected. The store looked well cared for from the outside.

This was one of the best DQ experiences I’ve ever had. Quick service, our whole meal was fresh, and they didn’t forget anything extra we requested. It tasted so delicious!!!!!!!

The food was hot and fresh and service was friendly. The bathrooms on the other hand were a horror story. The men had poop on the floor and the women's handicap stall looked like either someone missed it or it overflowed.. hopefully it's not like that daily..
