Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My first experience at Dairy Queen in Duluth was a delightful introduction to their menu, particularly their burgers, which exceeded my expectations with their delicious and satisfying flavors. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. I opted for their classic burger, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the juicy, flavorful patty. 5 stars overall, but 4 stars for the food which is good for a fast food place. No dedicated parking but easy to get to if you're already in the area and want a quick bite. Very clean and comfortable. Popular with kids. Reliable. Nice decor. Entrance is around the side of the building, not along the main road.

While the food was good, I didn't get I ordered. I asked for a regular hamburger and got a cheeseburger instead. Didn't discover it until I got to my hotel room. Also, the person that took our order in the drive through sounded extremely bored and didn't ask if I wanted ketchup for my fries.

I never give 5 stars for fast food but for the food part of this review... OMG the cheese curds were State Fair worthy. Literally. I love cheese curds and these were some of the best I've had. I've tried other fast food curds, restaurants, etc. They don't do curds justice. These Were Awesome. So 5 stars for the curds, 4 for service, 2 for atmosphere since it was kind of dirty. 😵‍💫

Every table was dirty, and the floors were filthy, garbage overflowing. If the team of workers kept up with the cleaning would definitely be 5 stars.
