Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I tried calling our order in a few times but there was no answer. She was late. She had just turned on the grill and had to wait for it to heat up. Food was cheap and tasted like it. Ice cream was good. I'm not interested in going back again.

Second time I’ve come here and service was terrible. My gravy was basically water!!! This time I came thru the drive thru, paid, and then the guy asked me to circle around and get back in line and then my food would be done. Absolutely ridiculous! 0/10 stars!!!! Worst Dairy Queen I’ve EVER been to!

Messy presentation. Slow. AND PETTY! I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad, 3 blizzards, 6pc chicken tenders AND a shake. I spent $39 just for them to charge me $1.50 for extra sauce for the tenders and salad. How can I eat 6 tenders with a 2oz sauce? 🙄

Ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard and drove ten minutes home in an air conditioned car. When I got home and pulled the cap off the blizzard it was liquified soup that exploded all over me. It was definitely not presented upside down and no staff were wearing face masks even though we're in the middle of a pandemic. Skip this place for a better alternative.

Place is alittle ran down. Ordered a medium dipped cone. I think it looks like the lumpy hat from Harry Potter. Terrible presentation! I hope posting this, will help improve training. (I came though the drive thru, about 4pm today on Wednesday May 22nd)
