Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Placed an order through the app, had to ask for our drinks and the slushy machine was not working. There was no offer of a refund (the slush is an extra charge with a combo) Once we drove away we noticed the fries were missing, and the grease from the onion rings literally soaked the bag, my pants, and my hands. The soda was flat and the lettuce was almost nonexistent. The burgers were cold. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your money at this location.

Came in ordered the 3 $7.00 meals asked the get cheese curds instead of fries dude said sure ther is an extra charge well the extra charge is 3.95. So I say something fine we'll get 3 number 11 which are 8.09 with cheese curds and the still charged us and extra 10 bucks this place sucks.

For the price of the food the quality and taste is awful paid $30 for a 6 peice bbq-tender box with a blizzard. The blizzard was great but what they are calling Texas toast is just wonder bread that’s been barely toasted and the barbecue sauce tastes like it belongs in a school cafeteria

Food isn't too bad. It just sucks when you order cheese curds and you ask them at the window if they gave you a marinara and they say yes. So you take their word and don't open the stapled bag to check it yourself and then you get home and there is no Marinera sauce

I bought a banana split and when they gave it to me and I opened it, I saw that it was completely melted. I told them that the ice cream was melted when I called them and they replied that I had to see what they gave me at the counter. They are supposed to see what they sell!!! I will not buy again.
