Dairy Queen never disappoints me. l love their double cheese burger. I always have to wait for it to cool off. it is served so hot you cant eat it right away.
The food at this Dairy Queen was good and came out how it should. The service from the staff was also good overall. However, the experience was really hurt by the manager’s behavior. He was yelling at the girl working the drive-thru, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. No employee deserves to be treated like that in front of customers. Food was solid, but management seriously needs to do better.
New ownership 👍🏻 Everything as improved! Remember most of the workers are kids doing their best. Becky is fantastic and the super sweet girl at the window, Addison, made the short wait bearable. Keep up the good work.
New owners are very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful, and food & ice cream have been amazing since they have owned it. Shout out to Becky, Avonah, Amiah, Addi, Tyler, and Cannan and the rest of all the staff for being amazing!
I have to give a shoutout to Rebecca in the drive-thru. She was very sweet and helpful. She got my food out very fast with almost no wait.
