The food was hot and service quick. The the order wasn't right. A number 8 flamethrower is a double patty but only got a single. Next time, I'll just not go to the Byron location and go to the 96 location instead.

The burgers and ice cream was good but for some reason the fries were not well done and when I made a complaint I was told the timer is set for the fries and thats how they come out. So they did cook them a little longer for us and they were much better but still disappointing!

they need to fully rinse their containers for soft serve. had blizzards and had 3 separete opinions it tasted like pure chemicals and alcohol. that was after having am awkward 5 min wait of silence at the drive thru...not sure what they were doing it was 6:30p.m.

says they close at 10. Pull in at 9, they’re closed and staff eating their dinner on the DQ tables. Literally can’t find customer service these days because employees are LAZY and management and corporate just allow it. Ridiculous

Three times in a row I have ordered 2 chicken tenders boxes ( one with a largefry and one with a small). Every single time both boxes have a very small amount of fries.
