Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Employees are always very friendly & helpful which I have found to be very rare among fast food restaurants. I special order a lot & usually have large orders, it is quick & correct every time. Have always dined in, so I cannot comment in drive through, but I can say any time I've been there there is never a backup in the drive through lane. You should go get yourself a yummy treat from this Dairy queen!

i ask for well done fry’s everytime i go there and everytime I have to go back to actually get well done fry’s. They obviously care more about their drive time instead of making sure the customer gets what they asked for

I never review fast food restaurants. I hope the owner realizes what a great crew they have working for them. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We always stop here on way through.

Why… why ever time I go here my order sucks. Either it’s wrong completely or skimpy. It’s almost $10 for this, it’s no a kids meal. Hate this place worst restaurants in Buffalo hands down. They always have people pull aside in the drive through; for a couple second wait. Staff is never friendly. If you hate your job why did you apply.

I came in to order chicken strip basket dinners one with the BBQ and one plain. Ordered a couple cheeseburgers also. They told me I had to have the drink when all I wanted was the burgers and fries. I said no thank you I don’t want a drink. When we get home with our food they had given me two orders of the BBQ chicken strip baskets dinners baskets NOT what I ordered. My grandson does not like sauce of any kind. I live too far to drive back with the order and wait for it to be fixed. All we ask is to please check the orders before giving them to the customer.
