Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I recently went inside to the Brookings Dairy Queen with my young children. The wonderful young woman working gave my children a free sundae ticket and we also got coupons for our next visit. I left feeling very grateful! 🙏🏻 Great food, great staff, great experience!

Ordered door dash, apparently they skimp on everything and forget plenty if youre not ordering there in person. Food was overdone and missing several items. Very disappointed, wish this dq was like Madison's. Manager must not care.

It's your typical Dairy Queen, Hot eats and cool treats. Clean atmosphere, clean restroom and staff was friendly. Got our orders quickly even though it was quite busy. Overall, not a bad DQ if you're in the area.

This is the first time we have been inside since it has been remodeled. We have ordered a few cakes, but just grabbed through drive through. It looks nice inside and everything is clean. Our order was done fast and brought to us. We did not have to wear masks inside and the people working there didn't have masks on either. Didn’t bother us at all. The staff was friendly and they were cleaning and wiping things down often. Our blizzards were flipped upside down before handed out too. It can sometimes be busy at the intersection where it sits and is tight for bigger vehicles. We went later at night and it had a steady flow of customers but the traffic surrounding was nice and light. Always a nice treat on a beautiful night!

My burger had hair on it. The French fries were cold and soggy. Customer service was unprofessional, smelled like booze, with a hint of marijuana smell. The bathroom was dirty, fresh feces on the floor. When I brought it to their attention they were rude. I don't recommend anyone giving them business. Corporate needs to be more careful with their hiring.
