Terribly slow service, dirty establishment, other people were also waiting 20+ minutes. Got half our order after 15 minutes than had to wait another 20 for the other half. The guy at the front - Caleb was doing great, it was the people in the back doing a bad job.

Drive through for my last visit. The last time I ate dine-in, we ordered an ice-cream cake. Trouble is, they only have small, flimsy, plastic knives which are wholly inadequate to cut a large frozen treat. Bring your own knife if you intend to bring your party there. It can get busy at times, especially supper time, or when there are school events (the location is right next to the high school). The frozen treats are always great, and the service is friendly, if sometimes slow (not terrible, though).

I went to DQ recently and just wanted to say how great the experience was. Brandon, one of the crew members, was so kind and respectful and really stood out in the best way. I got a hot dog and to be honest it was actually really good. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back.

Doordashed a Number 9 with Cheese Curds, turned out to be a Flamethrower (gross) and Fries (even though it said Number 9 with cheese curds on the receipt). Actually disappointed, but I was still craving that Number 9!! Days later my brother comes home with DQ, and my Number 9 isn't the defaulted double patties, it's just a single. Paid for a double. How man. How is that even possible? 😭 Are y'alls employees okay? Where's the quality control? Update: I got food poisoning. Thanks. Let's hope the health inspectors don't drop in randomly- Oh wait they did in November, and found FOUR VIOLATIONS. YOUR PLACE IS DIRTY. CLEAN IT.

Waited for 30 minutes for our food. Got 5 of 6 ice creams after 10 minutes. Then last ice cream as we left. Everyone that came and left was frustrated about their orders. Very mad people in the drive thru. This is unfortunate for Brandon 😔
