Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Customer service sucks all the way around!!! We asked for ranch with our chicken strip meals and they were nothing but liquid. We asked for new ones and they said they are all the same. The other thing is their dining area is like being in the desert and very uncomfortable. We will not be coming back to this location ever again. I will be happy to get back to Arkansas where things are done right!!!

Our recent trip to Dairy Queen was exactly what you’d expect. While the drive-thru line was a bit slow, that seems to be the standard for DQ’s "fan-food" pace. What stood out most was the man at the window (south Asian accent). Despite appearing incredibly stressed and busy, he was exceptionally polite and made sure to let us know our business was appreciated. Our order was almost perfect; they missed the ketchup, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us! It’s rare to see someone maintain such a kind attitude under pressure. We’ll definitely be back for the great service!

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Everything I ordered was freshly prepared and tasted great. I thought it was great value for money. The dining area was clean and tidy. Great job to the crew at this DQ store, keep up the great work.

Best stop for dog parents ever! Exit 203 in Oklahoma. We got gas, Dairy Queen, and ate in the shade while our pup played in the dog park. Best stop ever!

I love dairy Queen restaurant their food is always great services I was good never ever ever had a problem than going here for a long time and it's always been good service even if there is a problem they will fix it and have no problem doing it
