Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This Dairy Queen always has friendly staff, food always good, and drive through wait times are good. Moves fast. I have only been pulled 1 time here to wait on food. But we ordered 4 of the 4 piece chicken strip baskets. Very good place to eat. Never been super busy when I've been there.

This has more to do with corporate. Now , I know I wrote on here and left a review because now it is weirdly deleted. Now I know they stop production on making pennies.However , if you guys are still charging let's say 1.98 for something and I give you $2, but you don't give me my 2 cents back, and you do this to every single client over multiple locations that you guys have.You guys are stealing and making a profit from your customers. Change your prices or give the exact change back.

Fantastic customer service! When I go to a service establishment I expect great customer service! The bar is very high for my liking and DQ did not disappoint! Delicious food options!!!! The chicken tender basket is very good! The gravy is made to perfection! The blizzards are scrumptious!!!! I really love the pretzel bites! DAIRY QUEEN GRILL & CHILL, YOU ROCK!!!!!

Every week, I drive from Youngstown Ohio to Lancaster Ohio to spend time with my girlfriend. As I was heading back to Youngstown, I decided to try this DQ, and I grabbed a cheeseburger and hot fudge milkshake. The service was a bit slow, and the burger was a bit sloppily put together, but honestly the cheeseburger from this DQ was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Seriously. This is definitely a country style place, in the middle of nowhere, and everything about this place screams 'quaint'. I cant wait to have to pass by here again, to stop and get another amazing sandwiche. Do yourself a favor and stop here.

Great spot. I’ve had good experiences at this location. Sometimes service takes a little longer than expected but not an unreasonable amount of time. I come here often and leave happy every time.
