Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Service was fine restaurant was clean. The soft serve is some of the worst i've ever had. It definitely does not taste like ice cream but rather ice milk. They do not offer soft served chocolate ice cream, So if you don't like vanilla, you're out of luck. Vanilla ice cream that tastes like ice milk dipped in chocolate just doesn't do it. One flavor of ice cream offered at a place that specializes in soft serve ice cream. So much for variety. You will like what we tell you You'll like

On 12/5, and for at least the 3rd time, I wanted to order something that they admitted to have already "put away for the night". This was at 9:05pm, and they don't close until 10:00pm. What's up with that? Can't get full service during all open hours? I understand if they have 2 ice-cream machines, or 2 microwaves, close and clean 1 early. This was queso for the pretzel they offer and chili for a chili dog!! WHAT? Do better, Dairy Queen!! Don't forget who sits directly across 231 from you!!

Please tell me how hard is it to say " We ran out of chocolate ice cream, would you like to order something else". This is twice now on two different occasions ordering without being told there was no chocolate ice cream. Second they gave me a small when I clearly wanted a medium and it pretty much just looks like a sundae. This is the last time I will waste my money at this location. I will be going across the street to dairy delight from now on.

The Regional manager needs to come in here and train these people very quickly. I've never seen a restaurant so slow or disorganized in my entire life. Especially when they are dead slow and not busy at all.

I Ordered on the app waited in the drive through no one came over the speaker for the first car or ours so we pulled to the window and the ignored us so we went in just to be told our bananas are mushy so do you still want a banana split or something else. The whole time the lady was wearing the head set she is just ignoring customers. Also we found out that the person walking by acting like he didn't see anyone at the window was the manager.
