Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Great experience. Staff is so nice and helpful. Everything was very good. The parmesan garlic chicken was a little too salty for my taste. The Summer Picnic Peach Cobbler and the cheese curds were bomb. Soooo delish.

So, I've had MANY Dairy Queens in the past make my blizzards with very little fudge / candy chunks, but this Dairy Queen in Alliance, Ohio is #1 in overall quality by a large margin as far as I'm concerned; When I got my Royal Choco Fudge blizzard, I was very generously blessed with more hot fudge and brownie chunks than I could even believe because of how consistently I got so little before at other DQ's. It was the best blizzard I've ever had. Needless to say, it made my day. So I felt compelled to write this review and I'm only halfway done with it! Great job Alliance DQ ❤️

Love DQ for a quick treat. Their service is usually on point. I've had a blizzard that wasn't mixed very well, but for the most part we leave satisfied. The staff at this location are friendly and seem happy to be working. The seating areas are always clean and tidy. Good location too.

The three of us came in, sat next to your three door broken freezer. We were figuring out what blizzards four people wanted, what sandwiches two people wanted and where we were going to go next to purchase the vanilla ice cream cake because your freezer is broken. When your associate inquired if we had place our order yet, we informed her of the vanilla ice cream cake that we desired and she reassured us You Have Them in the back. When we cut in to it at home, it has a layer of chocolate crunch and fudge in it. That is not vanilla. Thanks. Upon ordering the four banana split blizzards minus pineapple add cherry, another male associate declared that Dairy Queen has never had cherry's. Expensive for fast food but service is always good and the food tastes good. One of the only places in town to get good ice cream options and the only place I know of that does ice cream cakes. Small portions for the price. The $5 lunch salad looks good sized in the pic but comes in a tiny container more like a side salad.
