Dairy Queen

I like Dairy Queen, and they have really good drinks and ice cream. However, these Jalitos were such crap. I can not believe they were served to us, and that's because we waited forever too.

Absolutely terrible. I live in Wharton, but frequent EC. And I have not, to this day, had a pleasant experience at this DQ location. I understand that fast food restaurants can be overwhelmed and overburdened. But I was the ONLY person in the drive thru. I ordered 3 tacos with no tomatoes, and what i recieved were these poor excuses of tacos that weren't even prepared correctly and while they weren't busy and had all the time in the world to get this right. I didn't even get the chance to correct this issue seeing as I was already 15 miles away, at home. No excuses for this EC DQ.

Very clean place to stop and eat. Food was great, was super quick, and perfectly hot. Cashier was also nice and friendly. Pleasantly surprised by this DQ location!

I wish I had gotten the name of the sweet lady at the front counter. What a doll! Because it is Christmas Eve I called ahead to ensure they were open. I had already stopped at one Dairy Queen that was closed today. She was so helpful on the phone. When I arrived, I explained to her why I had called ahead. She gave me a giant smile and said she understood. She was helpful with my food order and pleasant to me and all of the other Christmas Eve customers. The restaurant is new and clean and shiny and the food was excellent.

Let’s get right into it. I come here for the awesome steak fingers and fries and gravy. It is always piping hot, and fresh. but lately they gave me old fries? and a small amount of fries with an 8 piece steak finger? (I order an extra large fry to make up for this but they must be fresh.) Toast is sometimes grilled sometimes not. The thing is I know the potential of this store, and this past time they knew they gave me old fries, and not the correct amount of steak fingers and when I told them, they said “so what do you want?” well that’s not the correct response.. first offer to remake the whole meal since things are different temps now. Offer the steak fingers I was shorted.. something, anything to show respect for the dollar.
