Dairy Queen Downtown Neenah

Yesterday I walked in to get a cake for my son’s birthday. There was four people upfront, and they were all smiling and so kind to me. Picked out a cake got some candles. They offered to write something on the cake before I left. I just wanted to say that they were all young and really professional and Kind. I was thinking as I left it must be fun to work there with friendly people like that. The cake was also great thank you

Thank you guys for being so awesome! I drove through tonight with my nephews and we picked up a few yummy items. Your employees were so adorable and very kind. I was so happy to see them communicating with each other, that's true teamwork!

Went through the drive thru. Apparently someone is having a very off day reading the orders. Ordered 2 things and they were both wrong. Blizzard was partially right. Ordered the recees oreo and got oreo. Ordered a chocolate cone and they made a vanilla. The screen was correct. So it was a matter of reading it correctly. Hope the rest of their night was better.

Very good customer service. Great selection of treats. Clean inside. Cheaper than Baskin Robbins. Popcorn is very good. Better than the Appleton Dairy Queen's.

Still called Archie's Famous Popcorn, but is no longer Archie's Famous amous Popcorn. The ingredients have changed. The popcorn is no longer tender, it is chewy and tastes stale immediately upon receiving the order. This was not a one-time experience. The ingredients have changed to budget quality. Very disappointing...
