Dairy Queen

Nice clean restaurant and restroom. But as far as service been waiting 45 minutes so far for two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Finally got our food took 50 minutes. But it was good.

Went to have a blizzard and went through drive thru. Ordered 3 blizzards and it took 35-40 minutes to get the blizzards. When received they was thinner than a milk shake! This is the 3rd time I have went to Cisco Dairy Queen and received horrible service. Have waited over an hour on 2 burgers and a steak basket and didn’t even get the steak basket. Ended up going back to be told it would take an additional 20-30 minutes to get the basket. Ended up getting a refund going across street to sonic and had my food within 10-12 minutes. Something must be done about the service Dairy Queen is providing.

Food was fresh, team was friendly and polite. Really appreciated the service from start to finish. The food tasted great! Really liked the Happy Hour!

Poor service. Never got food because it took soooo long! Ended up getting a refund and walking out. This place needs a total overhaul. Worth it to drive past this DQ.

The burgers and fries were hot and fresh. The burgers were made correctly. What stood out the most to us was the customer service, it was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly. They were quick to refill the tea containers and even asked if we wanted a drink refill. We were impressed!
