First come first served is not accurate. Day cabs get priority. Im in a sleeper. I understand that day cabs dont have the flexibility of having home in their trucks, but otr drivers still have appointments too. Im gonna be late for my very first run at a new company and I got there early enough to have made it same day. Everyone was nice but that wont help my appointment time.

An OK experience. If you are an interstate driver it is over 3 hours of loading time in my case. For a pick up use the first entrance with 3 docks and for the delivery use the second entrance with one dock in which you would have to back into. They could of load you faster but they prioritize the local drivers and stop working on you just to have them done. I witnessed 4 trucks docked after me and gone while I am still at the dock. I would never come back to this location.

Quick loading if you call ahead to confirm around what time your product will ready. Follow the shipping entrance sign from street. Check in by ringing the buzzer and some one will come out to help. It's easy to do a straight back on shipping dock if you turn left in front of docks (Trailer drop lot). Receiving is on other side of building. But make sure to check the shipment weight. In my case, BOL states 42300 pounds but was well over 44500 pounds.

BAD customer service 05/14/25 Arrival time 18:20 Appt time 20:00. He FINALLY opened the gate at 21:23. The worker at the gate asked driver whether or not it's their first visit. If you tell him it's your first visit, he makes you go LAST and allow the other driver to go ahead of you. (Possibly for his buddy) WHY does it matter, first visit or not ? There is NO difference what so ever. NO special procedure. Also, they do NOT honor the appt. times. Nor the fact that drivers are lined up on the street in order of arrival. Tank FINALLY got unloaded 23:08 NO RESPECT FOR DRIVERS!
