Daikon Carrot

Decided to come here for an early dinner based on the many 5-star reviews and 4.8 Rating and stating I am disappointed is an understatement. Ordered at 5:10pm at the kiosk and we were the only ones in the establishment. We didn't get called until 6:05pm... almost an hour wait is unacceptable given the circumstances. We did see a couple of people coming in to pickup their takeout orders but it still doesn't justify the long wait. There was only 1 person prepping the orders. The food was lukewarm at best when we got it and at that time it has gotten more busier (6 more people standing around waiting). The K-Pop sauce that came with the Beef Bulgogi Rice they had trouble finding and when we opened the lid it was cold and not appetizing at all (see pic) and the Tokyo Street Popcorn chicken lo

The Hong Kong wonton soup has me and friend in a chokehold! Did not expect that, was impressed!! and the shrimp po boy so good as well as the waffle fries and Korean chicken bowl. I’ve also tried the lemon grass chicken.. very pleased with it. Flavor is there, service is great take out or dine in they got it covered

This is my 3rd time ordering from this place. The first time I tried the pork lemongrass, I absolutely loved it! The second time, I had it delivered and the pork was really hard. I figured it might have just been an off day, so I gave it another try. Unfortunately, the 3rd time (takeout the one in the picture), the pork was the same: very hard. The service was ok, but I know this place just opened up, so there’s definitely room to improve. I’m a little disappointed because the flavor is great, but the texture really takes away from the dish. This isn’t meant as a bad review. I really hope they can work on the pork, because it has the potential to be amazing again like the first time I had it.

As a first-time customer, I was unsure if I would like the food here, as I can be a bit of a food snob and like to stick to my usual places. But, I felt good vibes from this place. The menu items looked and sounded like food I’d enjoy. So, I figured I’d give it a try! I ordered the Kimchi Fries, with Aïoli sauce on the side. The dish is created in front of you. The staff is friendly, attentive, and willing to answer any questions you may have. They also allow you to sample items. The Kimchi Fries were delicious. I truly enjoyed them. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and of high quality! Additionally, the atmosphere is clean, neat, and spacious. i love this place i come here and study and it’s so peaceful and everyone is super nice here. the food is amazing as well!!!! and i have so much fun here with the games and just being here!
