Dad's Deli & Catering

Wow. There’s a lot I can say. I door dashed an order for a breakfast sandwich, omelette, hash browns, orange juice and a liver wurst sammie. Just wow. Came nice and hot. Everything hit the spot. This might be my new addiction.

I was visiting family in NJ and was craving a breakfast sandwich like the ones on Long Island. I'm from Ohio, so we don't get to delight in these sandwiches often. I walked in on a Monday morning. They were kind and prompt and helped me order what I wanted. $6 for a egg bacon cheese sandwich on a roll. It was quick to be made and delicious! Everything was clean and orderly as well. They have drink and chip options too. The new specials are in my photos. I can't wait to come back for a lunch wrap.

I'm relocating to this area from Central Jersey and was looking for lunch during a lull in my home inspection. Dad's not disappoint. I ordered the South Philly Quesadilla from the specials menu and it was up there with the best I've had in NJ. Pricing was reasonable and they did not skimp on the meat. No seating, as it is a takeout spot, but the shop was very clean and the staff were professional. Looking forward to becoming a regular.

Had a great loaded Thanksgiving Sandwich here, just the way my dad used to make it... with turkey, stuffing, mash potato, gravy and cranberry sauce. I know there's a lot of other versions and preferences on this sandwich, but this one tasted of home and comfort and really brought back some good memories of my dad. I had the mini 8" sandwich which should have been 2 lunches for me, but I stuffed myself because it was so good. Next time I'll need to get "The "Gerty" (corned beef, pastrami, swiss, coleslaw and thousand island dressing). I had that long ago and remember it being delicious so will need to try again. Lots of great sandwich options here worth trying.

Matt and his crew came through with fabulous catered dishes for our family holiday gathering. Matt personally delivered and set up the trays, and the food got rave reviews from all. I highly recommend Dad’s Deli and Catering for a great experience and tremendous service! I will be going back to Dad’s for future catering needs.
