Daddy Jack's Restaurant & Bar

We love the old school feel of Daddy Jack’s. The food is consistently good, and the servers here are legit. When we entertain out of towners, this is a top choice to share some hoosier hospitality and good comfort food.

I was expecting Acme oysters, but I guess I gotta go to New Orleans! Those were the best ever, but these Rockefellers oysters wasnt so bad! I'd go back! I had a lemon drip martini to drink as I was starting my birthday week. I wanted to treat myself!

The food and service are always wonderful! Very kind waitstaff and a lounge type environment that makes you feel like a day at the club with a Gilmore girl grandfather. This has quickly become one of our go to for dinner

Located at 96th and Meridian, Daddy Jack's is a bit of an institution, especially on the north side. Mostly known for their seafood, they have a number of good options. I'm quite fond of their breaded tenderloin, and even though they're a seafood restaurant, I typically order this. It's fresh, the breading is nicely seasoned, and the meat is always fresh. It's a winner. We've had a couple of times with pretty slow service, and the interior is a bit dated, so I don't think it deserves a 5 overall, but still a very good experience.

Came in for my friends birthday. Nice meal, service was great, other than the loud party next to us it would have been perfect. Our waiter " Michael " was on top of his game even giving advice on menu items. The oysters were spot on and of course all the food was just top notch.
