Da Seafood Boil Waimea

Make sure you get the coconut shrimp. It was so good. The garlic shrimp was also tasty, but it's worth it to pay the extra $2 to have it pealed. It was kind of annoying to peel it yourself. The owner was a fun guy. There are no restrooms, december 2025

We stopped here on our way back from our drive from Waimea Canyon. We ordered DaBomb Seafood and added extra shrimp. We also got an order of crab fried rice. My husband and I shared and it was enough for the two of us. Very flavorful, what I noted from the first few bites was the food wasn’t over-salted. I was really pleased about that. The medium wasn’t very spicy, so we could have ordered the “hot”. Great tasting, piping hot food that you might not expect from a food truck!

So my husband and I are foodees and picky when it comes to flavour. After we tried the sefood boil the first time it was always in the back of our heads which made us go on a 40min detour just to experience it again. The flavour of the hot cajun style bag blew us awy. Spicy, but not too spicy, very garlicy with seasonings perfectly matching the shrimp, mussels and co bubbling in that spicy broth. Down to earth 10/10 experience and for us one of the top spots to visit on Kauai.

Wow. If you love flavor and spice, come here and eat the spicy garlics shrimp. That was definitely the spiciest and most intense flavor I've had since coming here!

The food was outstanding! We had butter garlic shrimp, butter garlic mahi and shrimp tempura for lunch. Everything was fresh and tasty. Will hit it again!
